The vote is on tomorrow(2/4) for PBD to buy
into The Milton and Point Cook.
Point Cook sounds like good value.
About $65k per block before development costs.
Paragon already developing either side of
Saltwater Promenade.
PBD land in between Paragon and rest of FKP development
along Saltwater.
Saltwatercoast.com.au has the master plan.
Paragon near Saltwater Reserve either side of promenade
and PBD opposite oval and primary school
other side of promenade.
