I would not be surprised if something bigger also sees it as a buying opportunity. Pretty hard to deny that PBG has undertaken a lot of activity in the past 12 months that tidy it up nicely for a takeover - simplify the business, divestment, retaining the focus on the core strengths, and getting rid of debt.
Could make June a very interesting month.
