Your fooling yourself with those numbers. It was a $6 prior to CNBC announcement which was massive. NY only just started discussing the idea seriously this year in Jan, price was above $12 before NY even got mentioned. NY doesn't justify a drop below $10, in fact it's safe to assume now that it's been priced in as not approved this year off yesterday's drop once it became clear that NY was looking shaky.
furthermore, it's only a delay, both parties want the legislation passed but haven't agreed on the structure.
Your position is overly bearish Mate.
