That's the detail I forgot to examine. You are right then. I am not sure the legal ownership definition is by settlement date or by purchasing date. My pbh parcel is tiny and have or not have entitlement is not a big problem for me at all, at the point I said it may have a legal problem is based on general. Thank you for elaborate into detail and seems there was not a problem at all.
