I'm pretty sure they aren't actually spending money on marketing, that's half the problem. They have the hardware and software that sold beats their competitors, however while they concentrate on getting licenses their competitors have massive marketing campaigns but inferior applications. Pointsbet is trying to move mountains to get market dominance, they should compete more in the marketing department. I sold mine got sick of loosing
