Penn elected to accept stock over cash at 6.68 per share.
and as early as October 2021 they happy to hand over 40m dollars for PBH shares at 3.37 and NOT sell them at any stage.
so all the "sellers" on this forum can give it a rest, you aint foolin any of us.
