They aren't shares, they ARE the options. You were given them when you took part in the capital raise. You can sell them like shares, or you can exercise them for $13 per option, and in return you will get 1 PBH share, per option you exercise. My advice is just leave them there, as they don't expire till Sept 2022. They will be way more valuable by then. And you can either exercise them or sell them by Sept next year, no need to do anything yet, see what happens.
