Thanks Logoz1. To take this scenario further - does it this effectively mean you're buying an option for $2 per share. If the PBH price goes to $8 their value effectively goes to $0 whereas if the PBH price goes to say $12 then the PBHR securities should roughly go up to $4? Sorry if I'm misunderstanding - first time I've ever had one of my stocks do an entitlement offer in this way.
