Correct me if I wrong, the majority of the PBH directors sold down their holdings into this $400 million raise as they burn through $40 million every three months as they tap the retail investors for $185 million.They were short $22 million in closing the institution book ,and at $10 a share is there enough upside for punters with this $8.00 offer..At this stage I take the cheque as the PBH share price is going the wrong way for the last year
