HHH233 that is incorrect. they were not short $22m in closing the institution book. they wanted to raise $215m and did so. the raise was strongly supported and filled comfortably. also yes 2 directors sold down 10-15% of their holdings but for completeness the chairman did also increase his holdings by a similar amount.
