    there are 42m pbios ... underwriter has dibs on 20m ... my understanding was that all exercised by to 22m by punters would not eat into underwriting ...hence ... 7m exercised to date ... maybe another 5m by holders who didnt pay up until deadline .. another 3b next week.. means estimated $6m in coffers .... but we'll see i guess.
