    Hi Barny, no secret that I am a fan of PBI but I would consider this a definite player not, not speculative at all!!

    Cash flows are beginning in earnest, an outstanding potfolio of real products on market now and imminent!

    Long term growth and yield IMO.

    Please do your research and take advice, don't discount this as a specky!!
