Absolutely, OTC are from market makers, the price they quote are subjective, may not reflect the price on the ASX. As far as I know PAR does not have a dual listing as Mozzarc quoted...if so they have ADR equivalent code, which has a defined conversion ratio to the amount of Ordinary shares.
