It was still very low volumes ~$60K worth of stock, while yes 24% sounds like a huge jump in price it's really only because it's fallen so low market maker pulling it back to normal range - it's very important that PBMD gets back & remains above $5 especially heading into in EOFY.

While without doubt the House passing the bill is of huge significance for the sector the bill needs to be ironed out between House of Reps & the Senate before it's made official. I don't think it's "why" PRR traded $60K worth of stock to finish up 24%.

While yes the closing price of $5.76 would equate to 19c PRR .... BUT you need to adjust the volume - who really weights the share price $60K @ $5.76 or $1.3M @ 16c, i think you get the picture.
