pbmd up 10% in nasdaq

PBMD up 10% despite the plunge in Nasdaq of 2.3% .
PRR is extremely oversold with RSI of 18 .

PRR started price started to rise in the middle of financial crisis in 2009.

In May 2001 , PRR price surged to 76 cents
in 2009 , PRR price went up from 3 cents to 11 cents just in couple of hours.
In April 2011 , price rose to 40 cents
The current downtrend started in October 2012 from 25 cents to as low of 6.1 cents in June 2013 ( still no one can tell when it will end)

Buy low and sell high but many people buy high and sell low (Psychological Pitfall)
This stock can be easily 10 bagger from this price.

However, the lucky who can buy at the bottom of this downtrend as this stock can surge any time in response to any clinical results.
