I didn't listen to the call but it was addressed in the presentation as follows....
Not sure what the current charges are in comparison and what impact they think the new caps will have on revenue. They appear to be trying to say that it will actually help by driving market consolidation....sounds like spin, would love to hear if they went into it in any more detail on the call.
