I don't agree with your supposed greedy grab by TNG Executives, when I first invested in TNG we had a market cap of 4 mil and now 100 mil plus, much work has been done by our team in recent years to easily justify remuneration paid, these guys can't buy stock on market its up to share holders to reward and incentivize our board to perform, or they maybe easily pouched by other companies looking for leaders who make a difference.

These options still need to be paid for and are not for free, some milestones need to be achieved, We should be get in behind and support them, trust all make the correct decisions.
