    If this project gets off the ground, then he's worth every penny.

    Think about it. Mt. Peake will be worth a NPV of close to $5bn.

    $5bn / $121m = 40 x $0.17 = $6.80. Scrub 40% going in finance deals, and you're at $4.08.

    Do you think the share price will remain where it is, or get closer to the $4 mark once all the financing has been sorted out?

    So, say an investor has $100K in TNG, for example. That will turn into close to $2.4m if all goes well, within 3 years. Gotta be happy with that... Even half that...

    (but only pay him that on the proviso the project is funded )
