    Apparently raising $30 mil or so with more than half the money coming from US Instos. According to the article I read fully subscribed. Anyone here has any more info or thoughts on this. 7.5 % dividend forecast on a PE of 9 looks cheap at $1 per share. Cloud based I T and Global Barrer Card business. Fire away your thoughts on this boyz. Thanks
