GK is good at personal communication with his shareholders. He can call back immediately responding to my inquiry. It is admirable for a CEO, though it is useless as investment guidance. He can understand your concerns and explain whatever you wanna know patiently, but he won't make a single change. I was satisfied with that conversation but I won't approach to him again. It is useless. Hopefully somebody can do a better job in the future.
