PBT434 inhibits alpha- synuclein in the brain., page-15

Hello all new to this forum. I am more into pharmacology than molecular biological science.
I appreciate the robustness of the previous conversations. I concur that PBT 434 used on mice infected with MSA reduced a synuc accumulation ! Can any one answer this question. PBT aims to disaggregate a sync clumps but is it true they don’t know what type of a synuc to target in relation to the manifestation of MSA ; ala monomeric / glycophospated / oligomeric or phosphorylated species ? I have not invested yet as my in depth research has stalled on this point. Can any fellow hot copperites help me . Thanks in advance
