Szaba, I agree - OSH is certainly a high risk venture. If WPL wanted to pursue it, a "crawl before you walk" process may be better. Getting a smaller % of the venture (STO's or InterOil) may be a way to limit exposure if it all goes "pear shaped".
Forecasts of the POO remaining low well into 2016 implies that there is no hurry to pursue this with speed.
