While the siege was going down, deputy commissioner Catherine Burn was thinking about all the #IllRideWithYou tweets she would need to be posting, so as to sooth the legitimate community anger & ire.

Mohammed moaned "the majority of misaligned muslims are moderate", and the police can't stop telling us!  

But we know all that...

It's just the ones that drive trucks into crowds of non-muslims that are truly a bother.
And oh ...  the ones that walk down the beaches trucks shooting non-muslims that are truly a bother.
Errmmm...
And of course the few who fly fully laden passenger aircraft into skyscrapers to kill as many non-muslims are a bit of a bother.
And I may have missed a few more...
