How could anybody be surprised at the decline in the Biota share price.

1. No explanations with the initial Nabi announcements. Where was the presentation justifying the decision?
2. No thought on how the smaller investors will exit the stock? Where is the explanation on how to sell on the Nasdaq exchange.
3. No encouragement or sales pitch to Nabi or US investors. Why should they buy BTA shares?
4. No explanation as to what Nabi brings to the table - a bit of cash and a listing only.
5. No explanation on how a Nasdaq listing adds any real value to Biota. The best way to get the share price up is to perform and sell the benefits of the company.

The whole announcement has been a fiasco and caused small investors to panic and sell their shares before they disappear into the Nasdaq - possibly never to be seen again(at least that is their perception).

May be I am just another ignorant investor, but I wish I sold my shares as soon as the announcement was made. How do you sell a couple of hundred shares on the Nasdaq anyway?
