Oops - I misread Opaline's post, which actually talked about licensing supply. Yes I definitely support that concept - takes part of the problem away at least.
I know there are some strange people who don't go through a rebellious or dare devil stage (LOL) but many of us do and, if they survive, often go on to achieve great things, especially if they retain a bit of the dare devil throughout their lives.
For many, the way they do this is to try drugs, others (or as often the same people) go skiing, surfing, climb mountains, sail around the world, send rockets to space, develop the internet etc - different strokes.
