Pinnacle has moved to the next stage of it's diversification into energy generation to complement it's role in energy storage.

Terms of the takeover have been agreed, documents signed and the steps towards a mailing out documents in early September for a shareholders EGM to ratify the deal are in hand.

At the same time, state and federal governments are moving (slowly) towards a freer electrical generation and distribution grid in which small peaking generators and even storage have a greater role.
