I was sorta looking forward to a big future for PCG.
I'm a little surprised that the directors could only 'hold out' for another lousy 10 cents ! $ 1.45 to $1.50 would have been fairer value.
Is there anyone else hovering in the wings ? Where (and who) are the other 'parties' that were 'in discussions' ?
