I think we are at bottom on Met coal and can expect some improvement over time.
The COK expansion will take a couple of years to complete, and the timing could be very good.
Met coal is easily capable of rising $ 30 , and this would equal current market cap.
This is a long life project so many years of earnings to capitalize.
I think now is a good entry point, but DYOR
