Many factors in the real world that you won't be able to calculate with maths.
I love being able to analyse the intangibles better than other people.
You have to be good at analysing people such as the management team of a company. You won't find stats for who PD is as a person.
There's so much that some people will fail to see and hence they will have to buy at a higher price when Painchek has been "de-risked". But we all know that the concept of risk is a personal thing.
