sorry just a quick response others may elaborate - reasonable remuneration, I was impressed how they managed the exercise of options / sale of their shares despite the market hammering PCK (DYOR around the amount sold relative to tax liabilities etc), I like that they set clear milestones in the investor presentation and have kept the market updated, have attacked expansion cleverly by setting up in Aus first, Daffas has a good pedigree and I like how he speaks in interviews, minimal hype.
