thecableguy: You posted just about the same time as myself and I had not seen your post as yet! So we do think alike, i.e. the cap raising may have to do with this... How much would/will "the bill" be approx. I wonder?
Would NOT be great if that would/will lead to the "start of the end of PCL", as any offer will/would be based upon the current (IMHO grossly undervalued) sp of PCL....
