What's happening on the Dow or NASDAQ is hardly relevant here imo. If anything, funds from clearly overpriced growth and tech stocks need to find new homes. Emerging resource opps become interesting in such a high inflation and unstable geo-political climate imo. Russian oil needs to be replaced by a resource somewhere. Offshore Namibia is looking rather attractive.
