I think partner 3-5 cents spud drill week 5-10 cents on speculation of oil find don’t forget the depth of water 800 metres not 3,000 so it’s not ultra deep drill and if there is oil it will be in production before shell and Venus because of shallow water think about it I have spoken to friends who are project management in o&g this is how it works
