Abbassi: You have addressed your questions to another poster - one, that -JIMHO - has only made a "wild guess"...
But: I do believe that sooner or later (and NOW hopefully sooner by the day) an announcement by FAR/PCL about the farm-out of L6 will be due. That (IF the ann. resp. the contents thereof will be very positive) should see quite a re-rating of PCL.
