4C medical have had some serious issues along their path to commercialisation. Still a looooong way off commercialisation for them and jury still out on whether it will be a success or not.
Furthermore, we can hardly afford to commercialise DurAVR so how are we supposed to also try to commercialise another complex device?
We have an investment in an innovative TEER device that addresses Mitral Valve issues. So we are opting to get into this area via this device.
