Surely it’s not just me that can think of how the NASDAQ IPO should be launched. Would one think that the FDA approval should come first, being able to provide in the prospectus the amount of funds required for the trial and estimated timeframes for completion etc. I suspect the amount of cash raised would be more than enough to get us through to trial completion and commercial approval. The IPO has to be a success and going out there without that type of plan could be a disaster. So personally I believe the IPO will come after the FDA go ahead, whether that be 2024 as I suspect it will be or in 2025 it is out of our control to some extent.
