That would make prefect sense mate, I am by no means an expert on Dual listings however Lex raised a concern about dilution, so I had a look at the cons and the info I read says "initial costs and then ongoing reporting".
What you suggest is plausible/probable and I am sure the coy doesn't convey what their plans to the market basic risk management.
The reading I have seen as a positive is that the 2 entities would have the same value with consideration given to exchange rate, therefore sequenced well, to me the states would value our coy at a higher multiplie than good old OZ so I see this as a good thing.
