Looks like Europe is showing strong signs of turning around...
"Euro zone economic sentiment rose from 73.2 point in June to 76.0 in July - marking the highest reading since November 2008. The strong improvement in sentiment was recorded in Spain, Italy and Germany."
If i was a bidder, I would want to act fast, because it doesn't look like the bargain buying opportunity will last much longer.
