I'm a betting person so the timing for the sale will be between 1/1/2024 and 30/06/2025. Reasons for 1/1/2024, time for POSCO to complete study, approval of drilling and release of scoping study all known factors that will occur in the next eight months. 30/06/2025, is my wish because if we get a big pay day and my super balance goes above $3m instead of paying 10% capital gains tax in my super I will be paying 30%. The 30% is also on any gains on unsold shares these changes are BS and the majority of people don't care about it because the thinking is if you have more than 3m in super you should be paying more tax. Will never vote labour again

I've taken risk in my superfund so I will never need a government pensions and just as I make it big I get bent over and shown the pineapple. If the deal is done before 1/7/2025 then I can pay the right amount of tax in my super and take the money out before being bent over!

This is only a problem if we get more than $40 per share, but a problem I want to have
