Honestly spoken, i also don't like the chaotic approval procedure.
"Who has to decide what and on what data based?" Should be more or less clear in a half way cvilized country (and Malaysia has a somehow working government, based on other experiences i have - so i keep my faith).
Yes, it's a precedence case after upcoming environmental friendly thinking in modern times and it's ok to learn from former faults they (Malaysia) did with Mitsubishi before 1992 - and for sure yes, the contract between NC and Najib smells a bit ...
But in the end in the actual setup of the LAMP everything is compliant, within all given (radiation) limits and - if compared to similar substances as fertilizers or concrete ingredients - not more harmful than other stuff they willingly import.
