    Yes and back at jan 2020 we all thought all approvals were in place and Lynas had a contract to do work. Then 18 months latter they pay to cancel contract. Contract with signing fee and cancelation cost them AUD 32.8M. So I do not think there is any given.     The State Government of Pahang has issued its consent to a site for the PDF for Water
    Leach Purification (WLP) residue. The approved site is a remote site in the Bukit Ketam
    area of Pahang State. Based on preliminary due diligence conducted by Lynas and its
    consultants, Lynas expects the site will be suitable as the location of the PDF.
