The market is not asleep.PDI's best estimate for production of gold is 2028.The only catalyst for the share price to rise will be when the exploitation permit is granted which will require the approval of their legislature.Best estimate for this to occur is late[No earlier than November] 2024.If you dont have the patience, sell ,as there are better opportunities for share price gain with producers than explore/developers imo at the moment.
