Threads are still pretty empty, a long way to go yet imo! A nice re-rate to 40-50c will change that and get the masses interested. Until then, slow and steady wins the race.
Exploitation permit will change all imo, everything is then de risked and the big money will arrive across the market. We are probably at a 80% discount going by other similarly positioned developers in safer regions, so to get that exploitation permit in the next 3-6 months will change all imo.
