Blind Freddy could see that the handbrake is being applied by the suitor. It is in their interest to hold the price down as low as possible so that when the permit is approved, they can swoop at the lower levels. With the gold price where it is at the present time, there is no other reasonable explanation as to why the share price has consistently gone up one day and down the next!!
