Hi Coto - I recall that information about the closure of the cadastral system, based on publicly disseminated information from other companies, was known months before PDI issued their notice. I did think it odd, the timing of the news release, given this context.
Indeed - given the system's reactivation is evidently price sensitive, you'd expect that PDI would notify shareholders immediately as it occurs. I've not seen information to indicate that the system is functioning again.
The timeframe for granting exploitation permit has obviously lapsed so revised timeframe would be what they should be providing to shareholders at this stage IMO. Maybe next week?
