I would like the Board/MD to provide advice as to;
1] why the further MRE reported to be provided by 31 December has not been provided and the reason for the delay;
2] why has the ESIA not been accepted/approved,what are the issues delaying its approval and when is it now anticipated to be approved.Given no exploitation permit can issue util the ESIA is approved it is not an unreasonable request for the market to be informed about causes for the delay.
The ASX continuous disclosure requirements surely justify the Board/MD making an announcement about these important matters
