Any CEO who has control over Share price..... IS in Gaol or destined to be there.
and to add...... CEO and Directors have certain responsibilities - they cannot abrogate such, without facing legislated penalties.
The CEO and Directors ARE competently DOING what they have been elected to DO. PDI Management is doing a Great job under very trying circumstances.
As a Shareholder YOU receive an AGM Notice... DO you VOTE, or DO you BIN IT?
