"Will the sp rise leading up to the anticpation of a minining permit being granted?" = in my opinion, yes, significantly, unless there is negative news prior which indicates major challenges ahead - which I expect highly unlikely.

Progress & attainment of the mining permit will be the major catalyst for PDI's share price well north of 25 & beyond. In addition to that, the 'reigns' will be released for PDI's share price to bound ahead in response to positive fundamentals. Meanwhile, as you'd no doubt be aware of, we're stuck in 'undervalued land', regardless of any good news.

Patient holders will no doubt be handsomely be rewarded in the not too distant future.
