I did note that comment from Carter. Prompts the question - who has more credibility regarding predicting when the exploitation permit will be granted: the journo who has no claimed skin in the game, who's not based in Guinea & does not liaise with its government, who evidently can't manage to use the correct terminology - eg mining permit, scoping study VS a well managed exploration company who's mandated to deliver long term value to stakeholders, a board & management team with > 100 years of experience with exploration/resource industry & has a massive reputation risk at stake for poor performance. If you're convinced that the journo is more credible, perhaps you should figure out a way to short this stock. I'll stick with PDI's guidance on the time frame.
