As I have said many times before, I highly doubt any company, even those with endless funds available for M&A will be seriously looking at PDI until the buffer zone and exploitation permit specifics are ironed out. Too much risk for any well established company. No investor of any large cap gold producer would agree to an acquisition with that issue hanging over their head. The market understands this too, hence why we are a 20c stock with a soon to be 6moz plus gold resource. If this was in Australia with no environmental hurdles like a DEG then we would be an 80c-$1.20 stock right now IMO.

This is why I believe the buffer zone issue has been a blessing in disguise as it has prevented any vultures coming in for a low ball takeover before we can see our true value discovered.

I agree for the most part that no offer will be made for Predictive until the the buffer zone issue is ironed out.

I am almost certain However that any major producer in west Africa with any appetite for M&A will be running their ruler over the company. Putting together mining scenarios, running full potential models and trying to assess currrbt and future value.

I'm guessing an offer or two will come in late Q3.
